I've been buying bundles through Kendra for a year + now and I won't go back. I used to buy $100 bundles everytime I got a sew in and I would throw them away after. I have a frontal from Yummy Exstentions and 7strands they're both raw vendors and i compared them. I would say kendra's hair is the same as beauty supply hair. The lace front was supposed to be 20 inches. I got a refund but they kept the shipping fee and i have to PAY to return the item. They do not send return labels.

Secondly the wig was dirty when it came in. I saw the dirt and just couldn't believe it. I should've known it was dirty from the beginning because the package came torn. I just can't believe people buy this stuff. If I could give it ZERO stars I would.

I recently purchased hair bundles from Kendra’s Boutique, and my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The quality of the hair was absolutely abysmal, far below the advertised standards, and left me extremely dissatisfied.The hair sheds excessively, tangles and does not hold curls. I was sold low quality hair at a high price. Overall, my experience with the hair bundles purchased from Kendra’s Boutique has been extremely disappointing. The poor quality and excessive shedding have left me regretting my decision to purchase from this store.
They sent me the hair that I did not order. I wash the hair seven times and it still smells like corn chips. Also bleach some of the hair with a 20 developer it killed the hair. This is some of the worst hair I've ever bought and I don't recommend it whatsoever. I prefer installs that look natural, so I went with 2 bundles and a closure. I twist and wear a bonnet every night, so pics are "twist-outs".

The ordering processing is simple and satisfying. Hair quality is always A1 and express shipping literally was processed and shipped to me in NJ in about a day plus it came with a gift. The hair smells worse than beauty supply hair. Comes with a lot of gold and red strands!
I have heard many good things about Kendra’s boutique however my experience with the quality of the hair has been highly disappointing. I comb out with the right hair utensils for curly hair before bed and I apply leave in conditioner, serum and moose and the hair is still not tamed. I will say the lace does blend very well with skin. I would highly recommend to stay clear of Kendra’s boutique. The quality of the hair has fallen drastically and the customer service is appalling.
I had the hair installed yesterday and the hair is gorgeous and great quality. They've gained a new customer for sure. Kendra's Hair Extensions will treat every customer the same. We will go over and beyond to make YOU our customer happy.
